"Who manages shopping centers in Germany?" Exciting question, which the special issue of the trade magazine Handelsimmobilien Heute will deal with. The MEC is of course an important part of the answer. The article by our Head of Strategic Development, Jörg Wege, makes it clear: Today's retail locations are becoming increasingly complex. For many locations, at least one refurbishment or often even a redevelopment is necessary, especially with a view to the sustainability required by the legislator.
The location development in our Löwen Center Leipzig is making great strides. Thanks to our MEC leasing team headed by Max Schultheiss, the center will soon have a new tenant in Multicycle.
