Property Management

New to the team since October 2019 is Property Management, which we use to manage so-called "PM locations" without the need for a center manager on site.

Time-efficient support of PM objects

We have created the new position of Property Manager specifically for this purpose. Together with a technical manager, the property manager looks after the PM properties centrally and thus in a time-efficient manner. The Technical Manager is responsible for all infrastructural and technical aspects of the PM properties, including the management of FM service providers.

Mandate support from a single source

The property manager is an operational all-rounder and focuses on the commercial management of retail properties. For investors, this means efficient mandate support from a single source when on-site support is not necessary.
