The sector and tenant mix consists of more than 65 specialist stores, numerous fashion and textile suppliers, a gourmet zone, a food consumer market as well as service and restaurant businesses. The center is located on Lausitzer Platz in the center of Hoyerswerda. 800 customer-friendly parking spaces are available for visitors. The center is handicapped accessible. By car, there are excellent transport links via the B96 and B97 trunk roads.
