With its modern design and attractive mix of sectors, the Oder-Center in Schwedt (Brandenburg) is a central attraction for a catchment area of over 150,000 people. Schwedt an der Oder is the largest city in the Uckermark region and is conveniently located about 80 km northeast of Berlin in the immediate vicinity of the Polish border. More than 60 specialty stores present themselves on a sales area of 22,000 m², including, among others, a specialty market for consumer electronics, a hypermarket, two textile stores, boutiques, fresh food suppliers as well as service and restaurant businesses. The center is easily accessible by car via the A11 (Berlin-Stettin) and the A20 (Baltic Sea freeway). From the Uckermark interchange, the B166 leads directly to the Oder-Center. The B2 (Angermünde-Schwedt-Stettin) also connects the surrounding area directly with the center. The central bus station and a DB stop are only a few meters away from the Oder-Center.
