De-Gasperi-Passage Norderstedt new in the MEC portfolio
Die MEC METRO-ECE Centermanagement hat das kaufmännische und technische Property-, Center- sowie Vermietungsmanagement für die De-Gasperi-Passage Norderstedt übernommen. Der Auftrag kommt von TH Real Estate, die das Fachmarktzentrum für den Core German Retail Fund (CGRF) erworben hat.
MEC strengthens their Leasing Management
Just in time for Expo Real, MEC are strengthening their leasing management with two new rental experts: Daniela Kempa (38) and Michél Giesche (45). Daniela Kempa will be taking over the letting of the MEC retail center and retail-oriented shopping centers in Berlin and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania, Michél Giesche in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
