The pan-European asset manager Redevco and MEC, a specialist in the management of commercial properties, have recorded large-scale successes in rental management in Förde Park Flensburg. Redevco and MEC were able to extend and secure rental agreements for a total of 35,000 square meters with the numerous local trading partners. This corresponds to more than two thirds of the total rental area of the Flensburg shopping center at Schleswiger Str. 130, which is just over 48,000 square meters.
Among the tenants who continue to focus on developing their business in Förde Park are well-known retail companies such as Kaufland, Obi, Roller, Aldi, Siemes Schuhe, New Yorker, Intersport, Vodafone and Bonita. Negotiations are also currently underway with existing and new rental partners.
“Long-term partnerships with our tenants correspond to our sustainable asset management approach. Together we can achieve the best possible results for attractive shopping and stay experiences, cities worth living in and adequate investments for our investors,” says Sebastian Marmar, Director Leasing at Redevco.
“We are proud that REDEVCO and we can convince our trading partners of the Förde Park location. Above all, the extension of existing mandates with our rental partners is an expression of professional and active center and rental management,” say MEC leasing manager Carine Beaugendre and MEC center manager Paul Michael. They emphasize: “The balanced dealer mix is a strength of Förde Park and also makes it interesting for new rental partners.”
