Until now, METRO had acted as the master tenant for these retail properties, while MEC was already responsible for operational management on its behalf. Following METRO’s withdrawal, the decision on the future management of these locations rested with the property owners. Thanks to MEC’s proven ser-vice quality and extensive market expertise, they have once again chose MEC’s experienced team to continue the management.
