A New Leasing Department Head for MEC

As of 1 October Christian Thiele (43 years) will take the helm from Falk Deckstein in the Leasing Department of MEC METRO-ECE Centermanagement GmbH & Co. KG. Deckstein will return to the parent company ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and take over a function in the area of Key Account Management.

Up to now Christian Thiele worked at Douglas Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, where he has been responsible for the real estate management for two years as the department head. The Lower Saxony-born not only has a wealth of hands-on experience from his time at Douglas but he has also worked as leasing manager at ECE for about ten years. The trained retail salesman started his career at Karstadt Sport.

Having spent three years in Düsseldorf Falk Deckstein now returns to his adoptive city Hamburg. The 36-year old moved from ECE to MEC as leasing manager shortly after the formation of the company in December 2011. In August last year he took over the management of the department.
