MEC manages Erding Park in behalf of KGAL

Activity in the MEC portfolio at the start of the year. On behalf of an institutional real estate fund (special AIF) run by the KGAL Group, MEC is taking over the letting and the commercial and technical property management of the Erding Park in Erding. No center management is required at the location, due to the many large-area specialist retailers.
“We are delighted by the trust placed in us by KGAL. Our objective of adapting flexibly to customer wishes has paid off again,” says the COO of MEC, Christian Schröder.

Erding Park

The Erding Park retail park was created in 2008, and is located in the district town of the same name, not far from Munich Airport. The Center consists of three buildings with a total rental area of 33,000 m². The tenants include Media Markt, Hagebau, Norma, Deichmann, and dm drogerie-markt. The buildings are accessed via the centrally located car park, which has 924 parking spaces.
