MEC wins management mandates from Deka Immobilien for three retail locations

MEC, leading manager of retail locations in Germany, is taking over the integrated management of the retail properties Kauf Park Göttingen, Kinzigbogen (Hanau), and Röthenbach Center (Nuremberg). MEC is thus continuing its growth course and underscoring its expertise in the sustainable operation and future-oriented development of high-traffic retail locations.

Christian Schröder, COO of MEC, explains the mandate: “We will continue to focus on operational reliability, cost-effectiveness, and customer benefits, with clear priorities in existing tenant support and tailored further development during ongoing operations.”

From the client's perspective, the integrated approach and the performance of MEC are paramount: “With close cooperation between center, technical, and leasing management, MEC creates the basis for stable performance and a resilient outlook for the locations,” says Stefan Leyrer, Head of Retail Real Estate Management at Deka Immobilien.
