MEC receives leasing comission for LUV Lübeck
Success for the MEC leasing team: the retail real estate specialist's leasing experts will be responsible for the entire leasing of the LUV shopping center in Lübeck in future.

Experienced leasing manager looks after the location
In future, MEC Leasing Manager Carine Beaugendre will be responsible for letting in Lübeck. She has 28 years of professional experience and highly respected letting expertise in the market. “I am very much looking forward to being able to use my experience for the sustainable further development of LUV in Lübeck,” says Carine Beaugendre. "This is a successful, established location. We have been working on site since June 2024 and are taking care of the tenants' needs in close cooperation with the center management. We are also already working intensively on acquiring new tenants."

About the LUV Lübeck
Opened in 2014, LUV is located in Lübeck-Dänischburg and, with over 50 stores on almost 30,000 m² of retail space, offers fashion, technology, food and, with an IKEA, a wide range of furniture and home accessories. The anchor tenants are IKEA, Media Markt, EDEKA, Intersport, C&A, Fressnapf and Hornbach. The gastronomic offerings include several bakeries, an Italian and a Greek restaurant and an ice cream parlor. LUV's offering is complemented by services such as a DHL packing station, charging facilities for electric cars and a bicycle repair station. With offers such as an indoor children's playground, children's buggy hire and quiet oases such as a family room, the LUV offers a perfect shopping experience for the whole family. There are 2,600 free parking spaces available to customers at the location, and the LUV is also directly connected to bus and train services.
