GARBE extends cooperation with MEC at three established retail locations
MEC remains the operational partner for the management of three major retail properties in GARBE's portfolio: the mandate for NordseePassage in Wilhelmshaven, Duckwitz retail park in Bremen, and the shopping center in Abensberg has been extended.
MEC has been responsible for managing the three retail locations for several years. With this extension, GARBE is sending a clear signal of its appreciation for the proven cooperation and its confidence in the quality of MEC's services.
“The fact that we will continue to be responsible for the location management of these three complex retail properties is a positive sign. The owner also sees the continuation of the partnership as a logical step: "The locations are multifaceted, established, and future-proof, and this must also be reflected in the management. - Einkaufspark Duckwitz, Bremen: approx. 49,000 m², modernized in 2016, tenants include Marktkauf, Saturn, dm, Woolworth, Hornbach
- EKZ Abensberg: Conveniently located between Regensburg and Ingolstadt, over 70 rental units covering approximately 12,500 m², including Netto, Müller, Depot, among others.
