The assignment comes from KGAL Group in Gr\u00fcnwald which acquired the retail park for their special AIF earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are glad to manage this third location in Berlin. Among other things, the popularity of the capital is reflected by a constantly increasing demographic development. This also has a positive effect on the number of people visiting our centers,\u201c says Christian Schr\u00f6der, CEO of MEC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zentrum Sch\u00f6neweide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zentrum Sch\u00f6neweide in Berlin Treptow-K\u00f6penick was opened in 2003, and has established itself as a district center. The two-storey Center with an attached office and medical center is located next to a single-storey specialist retailer block. 46 shops and specialist retailers spread over approximately 22,000 m\u00b2 of rental space, some of which are the anchor tenants Kaufland, Media Markt, C&amp;A, Rossmann and Deichmann.
