KG took over the property, center as well as leasing management of the centrally located NordseePassage in Wilhelmshaven. The assignment was commissioned by Gateway Real Estate AG, which is focussing on the German commercial real estate market and bought the center in December 2016.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThanks to its central location at the central station, NordseePassage is an attractive shopping destination for both locals and tourists. The tenant composition is well-balanced, but some vacancies also provide potentials for our leasing specialists towards optimisation,\u201d says Christian Schr\u00f6der, COO of MEC.<\/p>\n<p>NordseePassage Wilhelmshaven<\/p>\n<p>NordseePassage is the only shopping center in Wilhelmshaven and it is connected directly to the central station and the pedestrian zone. Opened in 1997 and last modernised in 2015\/16, the center features a beautiful architectural highlight with its triangular glass roof construction. On 28,000 m\u00b2 and nearly 50 selling spaces, tenants such as Combi, H&amp;M, Adler, TK Maxx, C&amp;A, Media Markt, Douglas, Rossmann and McDonalds established their businesses. Various service and catering businesses complement the center.
