Beim SCPR benoten Filialunternehmen aus Handel, Dienstleistung und Gastronomie nach dem Schulnotensystem (1 bis 5) ihre Zufriedenheit mit dem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg ihrer L\u00e4den in deutschen Einkaufszentren.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Elisen Park in Greifswald (1,50) steht nun erstmals ein ostdeutsches Einkaufszentrum auf Platz eins. Platz zwei erreicht das Famila Einkaufsland Wechloy in Oldenburg (1,56), Platz drei der Citti-Park in Kiel (1,58).<\/p>\n<p>Neben der Shopping Cit\u00e9 in Baden-Baden (1,67), die sich als zweites MEC-Center in den Top Ten platzieren konnte, ist die MEC unter anderem noch mit dem Sieben Seen Center Schwerin (Platz 14, Note: 1,86), Erding Park Erding (Platz 21, Note: 2,00), Ostsee Park Rostock (Platz 21, Note: 2,00), F\u00f6rde Park Flensburg (Platz 34, Note: 2,13), Halle Center Pei\u00dfen (Platz 39, Note: 2,20) und Oder-Center Schwedt (Platz 40, Note: 2,22) im Ranking vertreten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Shoppingcenter Performance Report wurde 2011 vom Wiesbadener Unternehmen ecostra initiiert. Die Immobilien Zeitung und die Textilwirtschaft sind Medienpartner. Die Mieter in 400 deutschen Einkaufszentren mit mehr als 10.000 qm Gesch\u00e4ftsfl\u00e4che k\u00f6nnen ihre L\u00e4den bewerten. In die Wertung kommen nur Center, denen mindestens f\u00fcnf Mieter eine Note geben. 2019 waren das 239. Die Mieter selbst m\u00fcssen in mindestens drei der 400 Center vertreten sein, um am SCPR teilnehmen zu k\u00f6nnen.
