The retail park on Enderstra\u00dfe comprises approximately 34,000 square meters of leasable space and 27 stores. Anchor tenants include REWE, ALDI, and Action.<\/p>\n<p>For MEC, the continuous development of the retail destination is a top priority. This includes a tenant mix tailored to the location and operations that take into account both the tenants\u2019 needs and the customers\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA retail destination like the Seidnitz Center needs a management team that takes both day-to-day operations and long-term development into account. This is exactly where our experience comes into play: We understand the needs of retailers and are working to strengthen the center\u2019s appeal and sustainability over the long term,\u201d says Christian Schr\u00f6der, CEO of MEC.<\/p>\n<p>With the Seidnitz Center, Deka is transferring its fourth retail location to MEC\u2019s management.
