The D\u00fcsseldorf-based company has now been commissioned to do so by asset manager UBS Real Estate.<\/p>\n<p>MEC emerged victorious in a competitive bidding process and will be responsible for the commercial and technical property management, as well as the leasing management, of the retail location in the capital of Rhineland-Palatinate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Urban Usage Concept with Future Potential<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The R\u00f6merpassage combines retail, residential, office, and healthcare services across approximately 16,000 square meters of leasable space. With 27 stores spread over three floors\u2014including retailers such as Hugendubel, Depot, and S\u00f8strene Grene\u2014the property ranks among the most significant inner-city retail properties in Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition, offices, medical practices, and apartments ensure a diverse mix of uses and consistent foot traffic.
