As of October 1st, 2020, the German market leader for retail parks takes over ten retail properties of HanseMerkur Grundverm\u00f6gen AG in Bavaria. The total rental space of this \"Bavaria portfolio\" amounts to just under 60,000m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>\"With the acquisition package of the Bavaria portfolio, our growth strategy is gaining further momentum.
